Article on repentance
Here is a good article regarding repentance. Very practical. May God help us to repent of our sins continually.
There was a book entitled The Almost Christian Discovered where the author, Matthew Mead, listed 38 reasons for false repentance.
Many people (including myself) have shuddered under that book, but later found that the Lord "...will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow." Jer 31:13

I have profited from the article. After reading such articles, I am always really grateful for the doctrine of imputation, because I know there is nothing good in myself. Truly, the mere thought of the righteousness of Christ pleading on my behalf is something I treasure more than meditation on any other doctrine. (And that is why I would always stand against all other 'gospels')
