On polls

I was trying out the poll feature and here's the result for my first poll.

Interesting results here; almost like a normal distribution. But I am interested as to who choose the extremes of "Easy" and "It's no different from tongues", and why.

Anyway, I am setting up a new and more interesting poll, so do feel free to participate in it. The poll question is: 'In your opinion, which of the following are the most misquoted verses of the Bible within the Visible Church?'

Proverbs 3:9-10 is missing? No way!

  2. Isaiah:

Yes, it is, 'cause I haven't heard that one being misquoted often.... =P

    It's much misused though. ;-)

That said, Matt 7:1 is my vote.

  4. Just FYI,

although I think all of these have been oftentimes misquoted, my personal take is Mt. 7:1, Jn. 17:21, Heb. 13:17 and Rev. 3:20

I dislike how Rev. 3:20 is used in really, really bad evangelism and altar calls...

This is my blog, and in order to facilitate an edifying exchange, I have came up with various blog rules. Please do read them before commenting, as failure to abide by them would make your post liable to being unapproved for publication. Violation of any of the rules three or more times, or at the blog owner's judgment, would make one liable to be banned from posting unless the blog owner (me) is satisfied that such behavior would not occur again.
